How to order:
Orders must be submitted 8-12 weeks for most grown-from-seed items. Cuttings or plants requiring chill hours for germination require longer. We sometimes have extra supply from our own retail nursery, but it's best to preorder to assure availability even if it is an item listed on our website. Most orders are grown specifically as they are ordered as we carefully monitor our greenhouse capacity. If you are interested in plug trays or custom grown plants, please email us requesting a wholesale custom form. Fill it out and we will go over your order with your and invoice you. 50% down is required to place the order, 50% at pick up. If you are interested in wholesale retail size plants, you will order these from our Pre-Order Online Plant Shop for retail customers and apply your wholesale discount. To request your wholesale discount code, please email us from your business email or include a business card. We offer a wholesale discount of 20% off retail prices for orders over $400!

Sizing
Plugs (50, 72, 128, 200 cell) are generally the most economical and best for farms or growing out into landscape stock. They are what we use almost exclusively on our vegetable farm. The downside of plugs is smaller plant size. Thus, plugs are less of an "instant garden" appearance compared to larger retail size pots. Our retail plant sizes (4 packs, 3 inch and 6 inch pots) have larger plants and bigger root balls. Generally this fits the bill for our garden installers and retail customers. Wholesale and custom grown orders are done only in whole tray amounts. No partial trays or splitting trays between varieties. |

Custom Growing
While we offer 300+ garden plants, we can also grow just about anything you want. If you have a favorite variety or need it in a different size or timeline, our green thumbs are eager to help. Send us an email or text regarding your custom request and we will get back with you regarding the details. Please plan on 8-12 weeks to grow the item out (cuttings and certain plants requiring frost hours may take longer). We also accept seed you acquire as long as it is untreated and non-gmo.

When should I use the Retail Webstore?
Our website is designed for our retail sales, but our commercial accounts may order from our stocked items on the website. No custom variety/size/plug tray orders can be placed on the website. You must request a custom order form for all custom orders or non-stocked items (or email your needs.) The website is the only method for ordering partial flat quantities of stocked retail items. The website is updated and opened for ordering in mid January. |
